While sitting in Planet Smoothie yesterday, I came acoss an ad for and apartment for rent. The ad started out normal enough, then the last two lines seemed a bit off to me. What do you guys think.

-1 Bath
-Rent $750, plus utilities
-No pets
-1 year lease
-First and Last months rent for deposit
-Landlords Wife frequently bakes cookies
-landlord THINKING about putting in a hottub

I called them to see the apartment. Hell I will move there for the cookies alone.
